Sonny Mulenga
Mr Mulenga has over 17 years of varied experience locally in the property industry in Zambia and internationally having worked for major property firms notably in South Africa and the Middle East region based in Dubai.
He previously worked for Africa’s leading property services company JHI Properties from their Johannesburg head office as well as Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) a NYSE listed global company specializing in real estate services based at their regional head office in Dubai.
Evan Huckabay
Evan Huckabay is the Chairman of McBright Africa and brings a wealth of International experience to the business. He is a commercial banker focused on middle size companies in the United States of America and has recently ventured into the African market with McBright.
His Specialities include; Technology and Life sciences companies, Trade finance, Syndications, Venture debt, Investment banking, Asset based lending, Leveraged finance and Fixed income services.
Tila Phiri
Tila Phiri is part of the marketing team at McBright Africa and provides marketing and sales services. She is responsible for day to day marketing activities and is active in the market locally and internationally.
She has worked for KPMG (Zambia), Booz & Co. (Dubai), Nestle (Dubai), Landmark Properties (Dubai) as well as ZIPA Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (Zambia). Her experience working in these companies has given valuable knowledge and experience. Her experience at Landmark Properties in Dubai allowed to work with high net worth individuals handling property deals worth over USD$20 million dollars.
Justin Mangano
Mr. Justin Mangano has a career spanning over twenty years covering finance and property consultancy and has worked with leading real estate advisors in North America, Australia and the Middle East. He has practised a variety of roles, in research, finance, transactions and property valuations.
Justin obtained his Certified Practising Valuer qualification from the Australian Property Institute (API) in 2005 and also possesses a Masters degree in Finance from Macquarie University and a BCom degree in Finance & Real Estate.
Justin brings a wealth of advisory and consultancy experience and ensures our property services continue to meet international best practice.
